Dylan Boyd
Managing Partner
For more than fifteen years as a Maine attorney, Dylan Boyd has successfully represented clients both inside and outside the courtroom, providing legal insights, effective strategies, and strong advocacy. His practice currently focuses on estate planning (e.g., wills and trusts), federal criminal defense, and divorce and premarital agreements. He also prepares real estate and business documents for clients and serves as a mediator.
Dylan was born and raised in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. He attended the University of Vermont and earned a bachelor's degree in English in 2006. He returned to Maine to attend the University of Maine School of Law. During that time, he published an article in the Maine Law Review and served as the journal's Executive Editor. In 2010, he graduated from law school cum laude and was presented with the Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award for Business and Commercial Law. After law school, he worked at another law office for five years before founding this firm in 2015.
He is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Maine, the United States District Court for the District of Maine, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Dylan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has been selected by SuperLawyers since 2018.
