Tori Collins
Associate
Tori Collins was raised in San Diego, California. She graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 2018 with a degree in English, after which she began teaching in a men's prison in Indiana. This work inspired her to go to law school, and in 2024, she graduated cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law. Tori worked as a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic for three semesters of law school, handling juvenile matters and family cases. During this time, she held a particular interest in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases, an avenue for undocumented children to secure legal status in the United States. She also published an article in the Maine Law Review regarding unconstitutional prison conditions and their effects on the well-being of those who are incarcerated, and offering novel ideas on how to solve these problems.
Tori joined the Law Offices of Dylan Boyd in 2025. She is licensed to practice in state court in Maine and in the Federal Immigration Courts, and she is a member of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
In her free time, Tori enjoys reading, writing fiction and poetry, and playing with her dog, Marlboro.
